Oh, the things that take place on my newsfeed.
Occupy Wall Street was hoaxed. We’re not sure by who but they definitely got them good. The demonstration organizers got an email saying that Radiohead was going to do an impromptu concert for the cause, which excited them so much that they had to tell everyone (and understandably so - who wouldn’t be excited for an impromptu Radiohead concert?!). However, the email was a hoax. Unfortunately, by the time they realized they were hoaxed it was too late. Tweets had already been tweeted. Facebook statuses had already been posted. Media crews were already there. The word was already out. Talk about awkward.

Hey guys! I’m Lesley, one of the new social media interns for Go Rank’em for the fall. I along with the other social media intern, Colin, will be in charge of all of GRE social media accounts (Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, YouTube). I’ll be in charge of this blog for the next few months!
